She was the mother of John Verral, who was born in Winnipeg in 1911.
She exhibited with the The Palette and Chisel Club at the B.C. Art Gallery in 1926 and 1928, at the Vancouver Art Gallery in 1933, and as a member of the Club at the Vancouver Exhibition in 1924, 1925, and 1930.
She exhibited at the National Gallery of Canada in 1930 and 1931.
Verral exhibited one painting at the Canadian National Exhibition in 1930.
She exhibited in the Seattle Art Museum's annual Northwest Artists exhibition in 1930.
She exhibited her work in the B.C. Artists annuals at the Vancouver Art Gallery in 1932, 1938, 1940, 1941, and 1948.
She taught E.J. Hughes painting.
She exhibited her work with the B.C. Society of Fine Arts from 1924 to 1953, and retroactively in 1960.
She died in North Vancouver in 1953 at the age of 81. Her occupation was noted as "Artist - Painting."

""A Study of Pansies" that rivets the attention is by Mrs. Verral.
The Pansies are in a brass bowl. There are a few yellow pansies, and as one looks at them
the eye also detects a vivid yellow streak down the side of the bowl, a glint of sunlight
on the brass. There are white pansies with hearts of Palma violet shade. Curtains behind the
flowers have no definite texture, but folds of contrasting color are suggested. The whole
picture seems moist, the colors running still over the paper. The kindling energy of beauty
culminates in this flash of living color that holds the essence of flower lovliness."
