She exhibited work in the B.C. Artists exhibitions at the Vancouver Art Gallery from 1946 to 1956.
She had work in the 1946, 1948 and 1949 Stanley Park in Pictures exhibitions at the Vancouver Art Gallery.
Boyd exhibited with the B.C. Society of Fine Arts from 1949 to 1952, 1954 to 1959, 1964, and 1967. She was Honorary Secretary of the group in 1955, and Honorary Treasurer in 1956.
She submitted four drawings to the B.C. Graphic exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery, two of them were selected for the exhibition. She was living in Vancouver at the time.
Her work was reviewed in Canadian Art magazine in 1950 by Doris Shadbolt, the wife of artist Jack Shadbolt.
