The City Directory for 1941 lists her as a student, living at 1797 West. 7th Avenue in Vancouver. Also at that address were Frank and Martha Regan, presumably her parents. Frank was employed as a waiter for Canadian National Steam Ships.
In 1942 and 1943 Pamela was working as an artist for the Canadian-Bemis Bag Company at 900 Parker Street. In 1944 she is listed as a tracer for BDD, and in 1945 for BDDNV. She has no employment noted in the 1946 directory, in 1947 she was working as a clerk for War Assets. She also worked as a clerk in 1948, and as a typist in 1949 employed by "C Philp Lad."
She listed herself as an artist in 1950 and 1951, then worked for the Vancouver Barge Transportation Company as a stenographer and PBX Operator until 1955.
She exhibited her work in the B.C. Artists Annual Exhibitions from 1943 through to 1955. She exhibited one painting in the 1947 B.C. Artists Summer Exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery, and later with the B.C. Society of Fine Arts in 1956.
