Elizabeth Charleton exhibited artwork with the Island Arts and Crafts Society from 1933 to 1941.

She had work in the B.C. Artists exhibitions at the Vancouver Art Gallery from 1939 to 1948. She was living in Victoria.

B.C. Vital Statistics on-line records that Elizabeth Mary Charlton died in Victoria on October 23 1957 at the age of 77, presumably the artist.
