Paul Wong was born in Hong Kong in 1933 (also listed as 1935). He arrived in Canada in 1956. He exhibited in the annual B.C. Artists exhibitions at the Vancouver Art Gallery in 1947, 1948, 1951, 1952, 1965, and 1968. He exhibited with the B.C. Society of Artists from 1965 to 1967.

He had a solo exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery in 1948.

Founder of the Bau-Xi Gallery.
