Carrie Lowle exhibited artwork in the B.C. Artists annuals at the Vancouver Art Gallery from 1935 to 1948. Her name was spelled as Lowie in the 1935 exhibition catalogue, and as as Lowle in the others. She was listed as living in Penticton.

She had work in the Federation of Canadian Artists Third Traveling Exhibition in 1947.
