William Kenneth Caufield

W. Kenneth Caufield was born in Victoria. Both of his parents were from Ontario.

He married Muriel Gwendolyn Rogers on July 14 1940 in Port Alberni. His religious denomination was noted as "Brethren." The marriage was dissolved in Vancouver on November 10 1950.

He exhibited artwork in the B.C. Artists exhibitions at the Vancouver Art Gallery in 1943 and 1946. The artist was living in Alberni in 1943, and Nanaimo in 1946.

He won Second Honorable Mention in the pastel class in 1943 for his artwork "Industry."

Caufield was living in Nanaimo when he died in 1994 at the age of 81. His employment was noted as "sales - real estate" and he was married to Mary Bernice Stewart.
