She showed work in the 1946 B.C. Artists exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery. The entry form noted that she was living in Victoria.
According to B.C. Vital Statistics on-line, Wilfrid Edward Wilkinson married Hester Charlotte Madden at Waldo on January 31, 1920. Hester died in Victoria on August 29, 1973 at the age of 76. Waldo was a small town in the Kootenays, which was mostly destroyed by fire in 1926.
