Elizabeth B. McLellan exhibited artwork in Vancouver in 1922 and 1924 with the Vancouver Sketch Club.

She showed work in the B.C. Artists Christmas exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery in 1933, and later in the 1941, 1943, 1945, 1946, and 1947 annual exhibitions.

She had 3 solo exhibitions at the Vancouver Art Gallery during the 1940s.

She was married to Daniel McLellan, and passed away prior to his death in 1965.
