Gertrude Weir (nee Webb)
1919 - 2000
Gertrude Weir was born in Vancouver. She was an early student at the Vancouver 
School of Art. In 1936-37 she received a merit certificate, and 
graduated in 1939. In 1940 she received a Post-Graduate Endorsement 
in Design and Decorative Arts.
She exhibited her work in the B.C. Artists annuals at the 
Vancouver Art Gallery in 1943, 1946, and 1948.
She died in Vancouver in 2000.
