B.M. Taylor exhibited artwork in the 1945, 1946, and the juried 1948 17th Annual B.C. Artists exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery. The artist was living in Vancouver.

Taylor was one of the "rejectees" from the 14th Annual B.C. Artists exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery who had their rejected work hung in protest at the Galloway-Dorbil Gallery on Granville Street.
