Margaret E. Kitto exhibited with the Island Arts and Crafts Society from 1910 to 1924.

The IACS List of Exhibitors noted that she was working at the Western Art Studio in 1921, and at the Deco Art Studio in 1922 where she was a partner with Lillian Sweeney and Dora Donogh.

She died in Victoria in 1925 at the age of 52, according to B.C. Vital Statistics on-line database.
