Thomas Sinclair Gore exhibited with the Island Arts and Crafts Society from 1912 until 1935, including the 1913 exhibition.

Gore later exhibited in the 1930 Spring Exhibition of the B.C. Society of Fine Arts.

In 1932 Gore was a signatory to an agreement to boycott the National Gallery of Canada in Ottawa for their exhibition and purchase policies related to Canadian artists. He was noted as being a Victoria artist.

He died in Oak Bay in 1937 at the age of 85.
