Wilfred Langdon Kihn

W. Langdon Kihn was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1898. He traveled to British Columbia and painted pictures of the scenery, the native indians, and their totem poles and villages.

In January 1928 Kihn showed 12 paintings in the "Exhibition of Canadian West Coast Art" - the exhibition toured to the Art Gallery of Toronto, the Art Association of Montreal, and to the National Gallery of Canada.

He exhibited at the Vancouver Exhibition in 1930 and at the Provincial Exhibition in 1928.

Kihn died in Hadlyme, Connecticut, in 1957.
