Kathleen Daly was born in Napanee, Ontario in 1898. She lived in Toronto and Ottawa, and married the artist George Pepper.

She exhibited work in the 1932 All Canadian Exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery. She had a solo exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery in 1945. She died in Toronto in 1994. See References for further information on memberships, exhibitions, etc.
