The Housing Committee
Dear Sirs,
At a business meeting of The Pasovas Art Club on April 28th, it was decided to hold a two weeks Exhibition of Arts in Vancouver, during September next.
The Club would be very much obliged to know if the Vancouver Art Gallery could accommodate it, in that month, and if so what date you would suggest as convenient.
Thanking you
Yours very truly,
Dorothy Hensman

Dear Miss Hensman:-
With reference to your letter of May the 30th in regard to the forthcoming Exhibition of the Pasovas Arts Club, we have received an application for the use of the Lecture Hall for a special show of pictures by Mrs. Mary Riter Hamilton, which are to be exhibited in connection with the Amputations Society of Canada. Owing to the way which the Lecture Hall has been booked up, I find it a little difficult to fit in the dates, but if you could see your way to making the dates of the Pasovas Club, September 17 to 28th, instead of the 15th to the 25th, it would enable me to get the matter adjusted. Will you please let me know by return mail whether this suggested change of date would be in any way inconvenient. The customary two Sundays would not be interfered with.
With thanks in anticipation.
Yours Sincerely,
A.S. Grigsby

Dear Miss Hensman:-
With reference to my letter of August 10th, I now learn from Mrs. Hamilton that she has changed her plans in regard to the proposed Exhibition. The original dates booked for your Club, viz. September the 17th to the 28th will therefore stand.
I am sorry to have given you trouble in the matter.
Yours Sincerely,
A.S. Grigsby

Dear Mr. Grigsby,
We shall be delighted to have you with us on the 17th.
Many thanks for arranging about the kitchen for us. It will be a great help these days, especially as our Club is not exactly a wealthy one!
Thanking you again,
Yours Sincerely,
Dorothy Hensman
