He was appointed as an official Canadian war artist in 1945.
He lived in Ottawa ON from 1938 to 1951.
He exhibited artwork in the 1951 41st Annual exhibition of the B.C. Society of Artists, he was noted as Lt. Commander in the Royal Canadian Navy.
Law died on his 80th birthday in 1996.
