Mrs. R. Garnham Harvey exhibited her work with the B.C. Society of Fine Arts in September 1921, May 1923, May 1924, and May 1925.

She was listed as an Active Member in the 1925 B.C. Art League List of Members.

This artist is possible the same person as Mrs. Eleanor D. Harvey.
