Frederick (Fred) Benjamin Falkner

Fred Falkner was born in Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario. After moving to BC he married Evaline Clara West in Vancouver on July 26, 1929. His occupation was noted as Salesman, she was a Stenographer.

He submitted artwork to the 1935 4th annual B.C. Artists' exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery. The artist was living in West Vancouver.

During World War Two he worked for the Royal Air Force developing camouflage. After the war he returned to Canada and wrote five books, which were published as The Aqualung Twins. Two of them were titled The Aqualung Twins Find Chinese Treasure and The Aqualung Twins and the Vanishing People. They were published by J.M. Dents & Sons in Vancouver and Toronto.

Falkner and his wife moved to Laguna Beach, California in 1959, where Falkner died in 1983.
