Neil Colin Duncan exhibited his work in the 1930 Spring Exhibition of the B.C. Society of Fine Arts.

In 1930 Duncan was employed as a Clerk for the City of Vancouver, per City directory, living at 3507 West 27th Avenue in Vancouver.

He later had a solo exhibition of black and white drawings at the Vancouver Art Gallery.
