He exhibited work in the 1940 1st Annual Vancouver International Salon of Pictorial Photography exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery. The artist was living in Port Alberni, where he died in 1961. He was noted as a postcard and fine art photographer, who had retired in 1945.
