Charles T. Budden advertised as an artist in various Directories
over the years, beginning with HENDERSON'S DIRECTORY for 1900-1901,
where the artist is listed living in Victoria. He is listed in
Vancouver beginning in 1905, and as a portrait painter in 1907, living
at 2105 West 6th Avenue. He exhibited with the Island Arts & Crafts
Society in 1911, showing an "illuminated address" in the crafts section.
BC Vital Statistics on-line notes the death of Charles Thomas Budden in
Vancouver on June 29 1928 at the age of 78. There is no death certificate
posted on-line. This may be the artist.
