B.C. Vital Statistics on-line lists a marriage certificate dated October 10 1944 between Lloyd Charles Francis Bannerman and Ethel Elsie Dakin in Vancouver. Bannerman's employment is listed as Rework Investigator in Aircraft Manufacturing, employed by Boeing. He was born in Vancouver c1916. It is likely that he is the artist.
