In June 2024 I began to do a series of drawings from nature. This is a drawing that I drew
while sitting on the deck of the outdoor pool in our building. A few weeks ago a pipe
broke, draining half of the pool into the underground parking levels. It has yet to be
repaired, despite the summer weather, and the half-drained pool is slowly turning into
a slimy green swamp.
