Ruth Ware (m Clifford Notzel)
January 24 1909 - July 21 1995
Ruth Ware was born in Regina SK. She attended classes at the Vancouver
School of Decorative and Applied Arts from 1926 to 1929, but did not apparently
graduate from the school. She wrote a report on the activities of Class B that was
published in The Paint Box in June 1927, as well as a poem titled Sunrise.
She married Clifford Notzel, a store manager, in Vancouver on September 27 1930, she was
living at 1663 Barclay Street, occupation artist.
She died a widow in North Vancouver at the age of 86, occupation noted as "office manager -
industrial."
