An artist C.J. Pratt exhibited at work at the the Vancouver Exhibition in 1931 and 1932 representing the Vancouver Sketch Club, quite possibly the same artist.

B.C. Vital Statistics On-line lists Cecil John Lawyer Pratt born July 14 1896 in Nanaimo, died in Burnaby on August 28 1970 at the age of 74. A Cecil John Pratt married Hazel Marion Rice on August 29 1923 at Collingwood.
