He was employed at the Vancouver School of Art in 1947-48.
He exhibited work in the 1956 BC Artists exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery.
He was married to Selma May Combe, who was also a member of the West Vancouver Sketch Club. He died in North Vancouver in 1984 at the age of 78. He was noted as a retired commercial artist.
