Jack C. Field donated artwork to an FCA fundraising exhibition for the Canadian Red Cross at the Vancouver Art Gallery in 1942.

The 1942 City Directory lists Jack C. Field (Cath) Fountain Manager, Metro Stores. The 1945 Directory lists him as Butcher, employed by Gainers.

He exhibited work in the B.C. Artists annuals at the Vancouver Art Gallery in 1943 and 1945. He was living in Vancouver.

BC Vital Statistics on-line did not provide any information on the artist as of May 2021.
