Jeanne Faure

Jeanne Faure exhibited her work in the 1945 and 1946 B.C. Artists and in the British Columbia At Work exhibitions, all at the Vancouver Art Gallery. She gave her address as Telkwa, B.C., a small town on Highway 16 west of Prince George (where the editor once spent an evening in the Hotel following a motorcycle accident).

B.C. Vital Statistics lists the death of Mary Jeanne A. Faure in Prince Rupert on April 27 1953 at the age of 83. This may be the artist.
