She exhibited her work in the B.C. Artists annual exhibition in 1942.
She exhibited in the Seattle Art Museum's annual Northwest Artists exhibition in 1954, she was living in Kelowna.
In 1977 she was living in Kelowna. In 2003 her house burned down in the Okanagan mountain forest fire, destroying the majority of her artwork.
As of 2022, four of her artworks are in the permanent collection of the Kelowna Art Gallery.
Scans of the photographs of Bull and her oil painting were sent to me in 2026 by Bruce Middleton, who was Mary Bull's godson. The portrait is signed in pencil by the photographer, the name appears to be "Karl" in Victoria, B.C. The paper on the back of the painting is stamped "Emile's Custom Framing, 448 (?) Groves Ave., Kelowna, B.C. V1Y 4Y3, Phone 262-2432." Although neither the painting or the portrait are dated, the postal code in the picture framer's address indicates that it was framed after the 1972-1974 nation-wide "rollout" of the code.
