Mrs. T.D. Bulger was Honorary Secretary of the Vancouver Sketch Club in 1920, and Secretary in 1922, according to articles in the British Columbia Ladies' Mirror.

A 1920 article noted that she had studied under T.W. Fripp for one year at that time.
