Patricia Drukker-Brammall was apparently born in England, of British-Netherlands descent.

She studied in London, in Amsterdam under Dirk Kruizinga (1895 - 1972), and in Paris under Robert LaPoujade (1921 - 1993). She, or her sister Mary, may have exhibited one artwork in Paris, 1958, with the Societe des Artists Francais in their Salon 1958 - Festival de L'Elegance et des Textiles.

The book PLANTAE OCCIDENTALIS noted that she had arrived in Vancouver in 1962. She provided scientific technical illustrations to publications on mosses, liverwurts, and fish.

The artist lived at 4649 West 12th Avenue in Vancouver. Neither the City Directories nor B.C. Vital Statistics provided confirmed information on Brammall as of August 2023.
