| This is an image of an original Ross Lort print "Lonely Trail, Cheakamus" This image is courtesy of the Vancouver City Archives, file number 706210-78-59.1. An impression of this print was exhibited at the Vancouver Art Gallery in the 1932 All Canadian Exhibition. In 1928 Lort went sketching in the Cheakamus area with J.W.G. Macdonald and Frederick H. Varley, and eventually ended up with paintings by each of them from this trip. |
