TOWER

Original pen & ink drawing by Gary Sim issued July 2008

This is a view from Grouse Mountain looking past the gondola tower down into the Capilano watershed. Capilano Lake was formed by the construction of the Capilano dam, and provides much of the drinking water for Vancouver. The image is drawn with Pilot DR pigment ink pens and india ink brush pen on translucent vellum. The drawing is in a 12" x 16" OPUS black metal exhibition frame.
