BC Vital Statistics on-line lists the death of Nancy Middleton of Kelowna in 1991 at the age of 85, occupation noted as "Teacher - Retired - Education." She was widowed from Ernest Middleton, her maiden name Walker, born in Hull, England on March 3 1906. This is probably the artist.
