F.E. Craighead exhibited work in the 1925 17th Annual Exhibition; at the Vancouver Art Gallery in the 1st Annual B.C. Artists and the All Canadian exhibitions in 1932, and again in 1933 in the 2nd Annual B.C. Artists exhibition. The artist was living in North Vancouver.

It is possible that the artist was Frances Ellen Craighead, who died in North Vancouver October 5 1972 at the age of 87, per B.C. online vital statistics.
