An artist named Cobb drew all of the
illustrations for the 1924 pamphlet Captivating Vancouver.
Although no other information has been found on this artist, the
drawings are very nice historic images of early Vancouver. This drawing is interesting because it shows the sculpture by Charles Marega of David Oppenheimer, an early Vancouver mayor. The sculpture is still there in 2021. |
