Edith Limon was a student at the Vancouver School of Decorative and Applied Arts, passing second year courses in June 1933.

She was a student at the short-lived BC College of Arts in Vancouver, attending the stage-craft and theatre-arts classes in 1933-34. The classes produced a modern adaption to Ben Jonson's comedy play Volpone at the College in January 1934, the play was well received by the press.

Limon was one of the students who formed the 34 Group after the College closed in 1935.
