| This map of Savary Island is on file at the Vancouver City Archives. Their documentation states that is was apparently commissioned by the Union Steamship Company in the 1940s as part of their marketing. It is more likely that it was done in 1931-32, after the 1931 renaming of the Savary Inn to New Savary Inn, and prior to the Inn burning down in 1932. |
