Irene Mary Aikman

Irene M. Aikman was born at Waterloo, Lancashire, England. She exhibited artwork in the 1934 B.C. Artists exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery.

On October 6 1941 at the age of 31 she married Charles Willoughby Mortimer Lamb, the son of Harold Mortimer Lamb. Charles was born in Montreal, Quebec in 1911. At the time of marriage, Charles was a Clergyman at St. Peter's Church, living in West Vancouver, and Aikman was listed as a teacher at Bishop Strachan School in Toronto.
