Charles Durward Aiken

Charles D. Aiken was born in Scotland. He exhibited in a number of the annual B.C. Artists exhibitions at the Vancouver Art Gallery, including 1943, 1946, and 1947. He was living in West Vancouver.

He was married to May Louise Wormwald.

He showed work in the 1949 Stanley Park in Pictures exhibition.

He was a member of the West Vancouver Sketch Club in 1951.

Aiken died in North Vancouver in 1976 at the age of 85, according to B.C. Vital Statistics on-line. He was living in West Vancouver, his occupation was listed as artist.
